Rotterdam has lots of festivals, parties, expositions and events in all different sizes, shapes and scenes. Much of it is free so check it out! This year's program looks particularly primising with plenty of festivals for the younger crowd because Rotterdam is hosting the very first Youth Capital of Europe this year: YOUR WORLD.
